These pancakes are savoury and very thin great for rolling.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick savoury thin pancakes

14 tbsp plain flour
7.43 oz semi skimmed milk
2 eggs
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
40 oil spray

Recipe Directions for Quick savoury thin pancakes

  1. Mix milk, flour and eggs together until the consistency is smooth. Add spices (you can use your own).

  2. Heat the frying pan to medium heat, spray it 10 times with oil and pour a thin layer of dough onto it. Fry until most of it is solid and turn. Repeat step no.2 3 times more to get four pancakes.

  3. Put whatever you want on your pancakes, roll them up or just fold and enjoy.
