Recipe Ingredients for Quick Sauteed Veggies

1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1/3 cup green pepper, diced
1/2 cup carrot, cubed
1/2 cup crimini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Quick Sauteed Veggies

  1. Heat olive oil in saute pan. add garlic, green pepper, and carrot. Saute for a few minutes.

  2. Add mushrooms and add salt. Stir to combine and saute until veggies are soft and mushrooms begin to crisp.

  3. Add pepper and serve.
