A quick easy salad to satisfy your protein needs!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick salad

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
55 grams Lettuce, Iceberg
50 grams Broccoli
5 large Egg, White
20 grams Yellow Mustard
30 grams Onions
50 grams Salmon, Pink

Recipe Directions for Quick salad

  1. Heat pan and place salmon in pan

  2. Sear salmon till sizzling and remove.

  3. Boil water and add eggs and broccoli

  4. Cook for 10 minutes

  5. Remove, drain, peel eggs and remove egg whites

  6. Chop vegetables (except lettuce) and wash thoroughly

  7. Toss in a bowl and add mustard

  8. Wrap egg whites, salmon and vegetables in lettuce leaves and serve.
