12 ounces broccoli florets
12 ounces cauliflower florets
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Kosher salt
1 Freshly ground black pepper
2 garlic cloves, cracked

Recipe Directions for Quick Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, and oil in a large bowl, making sure that the florets are evenly coated. Season generously with salt and pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast with garlic for about 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
