3 2/5 ounces vanilla pudding mix, instant
2 cups cold milk
1 cup cold cooked rice
1/2 cup raisins
1 Whipped topping

Recipe Directions for Quick Rice Pudding

  1. In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; beat for 1-2 minutes until well blended. Stir in rice and raisins. Spoon pudding into individual bowls. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping and a cherry.
