Recipe Ingredients for Quick "Refried" Beans

250 g Canned Pinto Beans
1 tsp Olive oil
118 g Salsa
1/2 onion
20 g Jalapeno Peppers
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Quick "Refried" Beans

  1. heat up olive oil in a small pot

  2. saute onions and garlic for a few minutes

  3. add salsa and beans

  4. add jalapenos

  5. mash beans with fork or potato smasher
