Recipe Ingredients for Quick quiche

5 eggs
6 egg whites
10 oz broccoli
1/2 cup onion
4 cloves garlic
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
1 nutmeg to taste

Recipe Directions for Quick quiche

  1. heat oven to 375

  2. oil pie plate

  3. saute onion and garlic

  4. beat all eggs together; add veggies and mix slowly, fold in cottage cheese. Pour into pie plate, bake 30-40 min.

  5. Should be springy but not jiggly.
