MMmmm... yummy easy breakfast dish...

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Quiche LOAF

2 1/2 cups egg whites
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 cup baby spinach leaves, uncooked
3 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 Salt, to taste
1 Pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Quick Quiche LOAF

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. (***May have to adj. cooking temp slightly so just "eye" it in the beginning...***)

  3. Spray 8x8 baking dish on all sides & the bottom w/ cooking spray

  4. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl

  5. Mix

  6. Pour into greased baking pan

  7. *** Bake at 400 for approx. 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out of center clean of egg...***
