Recipe Ingredients for Quick Pumpkin Soup

4 stock cubes
8 cups water
170 g fennel
120 g potato
1100 g pumpkin
1 cup Creamed corn

Recipe Directions for Quick Pumpkin Soup

  1. chop all vegies, place in saucepan with water and stock cubes.

  2. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer till vegies start to break up.

  3. Remove from heat, blend till smooth, add creamed corn, stir.

  4. Serve with cracked black pepper
