This is a fast easy meal substitute for active people on the go. High fiber, no sugar, high protein, moderate carbs, moderate fats.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Protein Balls

2 scoops whey protein
1 1/2 tbsp organic natural peanut butter
1 tsp Metamucil clear and natural fiber
2 tbsp organic rolled oats
1/4 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Quick Protein Balls

Add all ingredients together, mix well. Roll into about balls (about 7-8, depending on size desired). Refrigerate or freeze for about 10 minutes to firm up. Store in fridge or freezer.
