Recipe Ingredients for Quick Pork chop supper

16 ounce pork loin chops
14 1/2 ounce diced tomatoes
2 tsp. extra virgin Olive Oil
2 1/4 ounce sliced black olives

Recipe Directions for Quick Pork chop supper

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in the olive oil. Place in casserole dish. Pour canned tomatoes over the pork chops and sprinkle olives on top.

  2. Bake for 40 minutes. You may garnish with parmesan cheese and serve over brown rice.
