an easy pizza dough that can be used for izza or even cheese bread or fry dough :)

Recipe Ingredients for quick pizza dough

1 1/4 cups white flour
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tsp canola oil
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 cups water

Recipe Directions for quick pizza dough

in a bowl add active dry yeast, 1tsp sugar .25 cups white flour and 1/2 cup warm water and mix, let stand for 5- 10 mins. add remaining flour and while mixing add remaining water until ball pulls together in bowl. coat the ball in canola oil and let rise in a warm place for at least 1.5 hours. at this point it can be refridgerated or spread out on a pan and baked likeyour fave pizza!
