Recipe Ingredients for Quick Pepper Steak

1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4" thick, cut into strips
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups frozen stri fry vegetables
10 1/2 oz. fat free Beef Gravy
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oriental marinade

Recipe Directions for Quick Pepper Steak

  1. HEAT 1 tbsp. oil in skillet. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate. Remove beef.

  2. HEAT remaining oil. Add peppers and onion and cook until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet.

  3. ADD gravy, Worcestershire, oriental marinade and garlic. Heat through. Serve over rice.
