Recipe Ingredients for Quick Pea soup

1 onion (chopped)
1 carrot (diced)
1 teaspoon garlic (minced) (or 1 tsp jarred)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 16 oz cans green peas
4 oz water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
12 oz water (hot)

Recipe Directions for Quick Pea soup

  1. Chop onion, carrot and garlic

  2. Heat olive oil in large saucepan

  3. Brown vegetables in oil until soft

  4. Blend peas with C water in blender or with immersion blender and add to vegetables

  5. Mix bouillon and hot water and add to sauce pan

  6. Cook 15 min. to allow flavors to blend.
