Recipe Ingredients for Quick Pasta Carbonara

8 oz Linguine Dry
4 slices Black Label Bacon
4 oz Cream Cheese Original
1 cup Baby Sweet Peas
3/4 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
3 large Egg, Yolk
1 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Quick Pasta Carbonara

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving 2 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Drain bacon on paper towels.

  2. With the exception of the egg yolks, add remaining ingredients to reserved drippings; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended and heated through.

  3. Drain pasta; place in large bowl. Stir the egg yolks into the sauce and bacon and pour over the pasta; mix lightly.
