Recipe Ingredients for Quick paella

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 red pepper (sliced)
100 g ham (smoked, chopped)
1 cup rice
1 pint stock
100 g prawns
1/2 cup peas (frozen)
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Quick paella

  1. fry onion, add pepper, add rice cook until rice is well coated in oil

  2. add 1/2 stock, ham and spices

  3. when nearly cooked add prawns and frozen peas

  4. serve when still just slightly wet and sticky in consistency
