Recipe Ingredients for Quick Orange-Glazed Carrots

1 pound baby carrots
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried dill

Recipe Directions for Quick Orange-Glazed Carrots

  1. Combine the carrots, orange juice, salt and pepper in a medium saucepan and heat to boiling over medium-high heat. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring the carrots occasionally, until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes.

  2. Uncover the carrots and simmer over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until the liquid is reduced to a glaze, 2 to 3 minutes longer. Ssprinkle with the dill and toss to mix.
