1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups quick oats
1/4 cup wheat germ
4 tbsp maple syrup

Combine milk, cinnamon, nutmeg. Bring to a boil, add oats & wheat germ & stir constantly for 3 minutes until thick & creamy.
