Recipe Ingredients for Quick Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup splenda no calorie
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
1 cup flour, all purpose
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder, double acting
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Quick Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Cream butter

  2. Add brown sugar and Splenda; cream well

  3. Combine the above with egg, vanilla, milk and beat until smooth

  4. Add to the above sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; beat smooth

  5. Add oats and raisins; beat mixture well

  6. Drop cookies 2 in apart on well greased cookie sheet

  7. Bake 10-12 min in 350F oven until light brown
