Wholewheat couscous with canned corn, sautéed mushrooms, olives and cottage cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Mushroom & Olive Couscous

1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
65 g mushrooms, chopped
15 g pimento stuffed olives
15 g Pasta Sauce
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Couscous
1/4 cup boiling water
5 TINE Meierismør [193146600] butter
40 TINE Cottage Cheese [194363055] cottage cheese
25 g canned corn

Recipe Directions for Quick Mushroom & Olive Couscous

  1. Place the couscous in a bowl. Pour over boiling water. Cover and allow to sit for 6mins or till cooked. Stir in a tsp of butter.

  2. Sauté the garlic & mushrooms in the olive oil, with a pinch of salt. Add in the olives and pasta sauce. Sprinkle in the oregano & pepper. Cook for a minute.

  3. Add to couscous, with cottage cheese & corn.
