A low fat low calorie treat to start the morning right. An excellent way to work in both dairy and fruit, especially for those who don't like to eat either in the morning.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Morning Smoothie

1 banana
1/2 mango
1/2 c skim milk
1 tbs honey
1 c ice

Recipe Directions for Quick Morning Smoothie

Start by placing the ice into the blender. Add the banana and mango in chunks. Squirt the honey onto the fruit (to ensure it won't stick to the ice). Pour the milk into the blender. Turn the blender on the highest setting and blend until smooth.
