Recipe Ingredients for Quick Minestrone

14 oz. kidney beans
14 oz. black eyed peas
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic
2 small zucchini
2 stalks celery
3 small carrots
1 pkg. frozen spinach
14 oz. diced tomatoes
2 1/2 cups water
