8 oz cooked shrimp
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup panko
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Quick Mild Shrimp Scampi

  1. Saute shrimp in melted butter and stir in lemon juice.

  2. Add about half of the panko and stir. Sprinkle rest of panko on top and serve.
