16 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
16 oz American Cheese
1/2 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
3 tbsp Light Sour Cream

pour cheese mixture over pasta in a baking dish, top with some seasoning you like and place in the oven until bubbling
