rotini with ligh alfredo, ground beef, and veggies. I used the the patty portion here because it was the only way I found to start with 1lb raw burger. Also I find this recipe can be 8 servings.

Recipe Ingredients for quick lunch alfedo

4 patty ( yield from 1/4 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Patty
12 oz Rotini
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 1/2 cup Cheesy Sauce
1/4 cup, chopped Onions
5 large Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for quick lunch alfedo

cook and drain pasta. saute mushrooms,peppers and onions with ground beef, drain. Add sauce to pasta and ground beef mixture
