A fresh salsa with a bright, sour, salty flavor. Perfect on tacos or burritos.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Lime Salsa

1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 small Onions
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Quick Lime Salsa

  1. Dice tomato.

  2. Chop onion finely.

  3. Remove stem end of jalapeno. Cut in half, remove seeds if desired, and chop finely.

  4. Combine tomato, onion, and jalapeno in a glass container.

  5. Add juice of one lime (or 1 - 2 tbsp bottled lime juice).

  6. Add salt.

  7. Chill for 20 minutes to allow flavors to mingle.

  8. Enjoy!
