Whole wheat bread started in bread machine, but baked in oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick light whole wheat bread

2 1/2 c Unbleached bread flour
3/4 c Whole wheat flour
2 t Active dry yeast
1 1/4 t salt
2 T sugar
2 T nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 c warm water
2 T canola oil

Recipe Directions for Quick light whole wheat bread

Add all the ingredients in the order listed. Mix on dough setting 1 1/2 hours. Remove, shape in loaf pan, let rise. Bake in 375 oven, 30 minutes.
