Lentil soup with vegetables. Needs some chili or other flavour..

Recipe Ingredients for Quick lentil vegetable soup

2 cups red lentils
1 onion
1/2 leek
1 carrot
400 g tomatoes, canned
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp vegetable seasoning
1/4 pint cream
2 litres water
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Quick lentil vegetable soup

  1. Rinse lentils and bring to the boil in pan of water.

  2. Wash and chop vegetables,and add to pan.

  3. Cook until tender.

  4. Add other ingredients. Season to taste.
