Quick inexpensive super great stoup

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Lentil Stoup

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
19 oz of lentil
19 oz of chick peas
2 carrot, diced
3 celery stalk, diced
1 onion, diced
1 liter chicken stock
28 oz diced tomatoes
3 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Quick Lentil Stoup

  1. Heat oil, cook carrot, celery, and onion until onion is soft.

  2. Add drained lentils and chickpeas, stir with veggies.

  3. Add diced tomatoes

  4. Add chicken stock

  5. Stir

  6. Cook for 20 minutes.
