Recipe Ingredients for quick lentil soup

17.5 oz Lentils, Mature Seeds
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Onions
5 cup Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free

Recipe Directions for quick lentil soup

  1. Saute diced onions and carrots in olive oil.

  2. Cook until sweating and add canadian bacon, 1 tsp of chili powder and 1 tsp of ground cumin.

  3. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook until carrots are tender.

  4. Add cooked lentils and bring back to a boil.

  5. Serve with a little low fat sour cream.
