Recipe Ingredients for quick lentil curry

2 onions
1 apple
3 tbsp oil
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp curry powder
350 g split red lentils
1 salt
1 pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
900 ml water

Recipe Directions for quick lentil curry

  1. Fry the onions and apple in the oil.

  2. Ad ginger, garlic, curry powder, bayleaf, lemon juice.

  3. Add lentils and water.

  4. Simmer down for about 30 mins.
