a healty alternative to sausages.... no they dont taste like meat but pretty healthy ;) this is quite experimental as i dont really use measurement i just try create so you may need to adjust the recipe enjoy

Recipe Ingredients for quick lentil and carrot veggie sausages

260 g Lentils
1 carrot
70 g roll
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tbsp cumin (optional to taste)
1/2 tsp chili ,chopped (to taste)

Recipe Directions for quick lentil and carrot veggie sausages

  1. the 260g of lentils are from a can but u could use dried the cooked but the weight is if cooked...

  2. blitz your roll to make breadcrumbs.remove from blitzer

  3. grate your carrot

  4. add lentils and carrot to blitzer or what you may be using along with chilli , chopped parsley cumin (if using)

  5. and salt and pepper, blitz

  6. then with wooden spoon mix in flour then the breadcrumbs

  7. with , floured hands roll into 8 sausages to make 4 servings.

  8. bake or light fry
