quick & easy "lasagna" that even my picky eaters will eat

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Lasagna

16 oz lasagna noodles
1512 g Hunts traditional spaghetti sauce (2 26.5 oz cans)(
24 oz cottage cheese
8 oz shredded cheese mexican
1 lb ground beef

Recipe Directions for Quick Lasagna

  1. brown ground beef, drain

  2. cook pasta acording to package directions

  3. combine cooked beef & spaghetti sauce

  4. put small layer sauce on bottom of lasagna pan

  5. layer 1/3 noodles, 1/3 sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese & 3 oz cheese - repeat layer

  6. add top layer of noodles, remaining sauce, remaining cheese

  7. bake 30 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to set for 10 min.
