Recipe Ingredients for Quick Jambalaya

1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
4 serving New Orleans Style Brown Rice Jambalaya Mix
4 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1.25 cup, diced Celery
4 cloves, raw Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
0.3 cup Rice, White, Medium-grain

Recipe Directions for Quick Jambalaya

Saute onions, garlic, peppers, celery and garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms and cover until mushrooms begin to cook. Add rice, rice mix and 3 cups water, bring to boil, let simmer until water is absorbed, about 30 minutes.
