Quick Italian soup to warm you up!

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Italian Vegetable and Chicken Soup

1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup chicken
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for Quick Italian Vegetable and Chicken Soup

  1. Add all above but elbow macaroni.

  2. Bring to a slow boil over medium heat.

  3. Once veggies have softened add uncooked elbow macaroni (I use Barilla's whole wheat and enriched macaroni).

  4. Soup is done when macaroni is cooked to your preference.

  5. Top with low fat parm. cheese.
