SO GOOD. The warm pasta cooks the egg and suddenly it smells so good.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick & Healthy Pasta Carbonara

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 oz Spaghetti
1.5 cup Vegetables, Mixed
1 large Egg, Whole
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Quick & Healthy Pasta Carbonara

  1. Cook cubed chicken over medium heat. Remove to bowl, add egg, cheese, stir.

  2. Cook pasta as one cooks pasta. Stir in veg in the last 3-5mins of boiling

  3. Drain pasta and veg then add to bowl with chicken.

  4. Eat
