Recipe Ingredients for Quick Fudge

1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp smart balance
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Quick Fudge

  1. melt 1 tsp margarine with 1 tsp cocoa

  2. add 1/4 cup powdered sugar alternately, a touch of vanilla, salt, and a few drops of water until a thick frosting like consistency is formed. roll in to a small log and refrigerate
