This yummy tart is super easy. I couldn't get the recipe analyzer to work with the mini graham cracker crusts I usually use, so I think this is right for an 8" pie-and I checked the calories, they should be about the same either way.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Fruit Tart

1 pie crust
8 oz yogurt, le creme vanilla
16 strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup strawberry preserves,reduced sugar

Recipe Directions for Quick Fruit Tart

  1. Spoon Yogurt into pie crust

  2. Cut strawberries into 1/2s and arrange decoratively.

  3. Add blueberries, press evenly!

  4. Spoon preserves into glass bowl, microwave on high 1 minute until thin. Spoon over fruit, being careful not to overflow.

  5. Chill atleast 1 hour, enjoy!
