Recipe Ingredients for Quick Frittata

18 asparagus spears
2 whole eggs, large
3 egg white
1/3 cup cheese
3 tbl salsa

Recipe Directions for Quick Frittata

Cut and cook asparagus into bite size pieces. Mix whole eggs with egg whites add to asparagus. Top with cheese, cover and let cook all the way through. Top final dish with salsa.
