This is a great recipe for when you don't have time, but really want lasagna. The recipe can also be made without the hamburger, but you will need to increase the amount of spaghetti sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Fix Lasagna with Meat

32 oz. spaghetti sauce, Hunt's No Added Sugar
1 lb. hamburger
8 oz. whole wheat lasagna noodle, Hodgson Mill
24 oz. cottage cheese, 1% milkfat
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Quick Fix Lasagna with Meat

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. In 13x9x2 inch baking pan, spread 1 cup of meat sauce (hamburger and spaghetti sauce combined)

  3. Layer uncooked noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella and parmesan cheese

  4. Repeat layers

  5. Bake 45 to 55 minutes
