Can use pretty much anything that has been hanging around in the cupboards. Also great for camping as almost everything is canned.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Fish Stew

10 oz Ro-Tel
12 oz beans
14 oz clams
8 oz halibut
3/4 cup onion
3 tbs garlic
1/4 cup olives
10 oz shrimp

Recipe Directions for Quick Fish Stew

  1. Combine all ingredients except olives

  2. heat on very low heat for 2 1/2 hours

  3. add olives just before serving
