Recipe Ingredients for Quick Faux Lasagna

10 oz Macaroni, Shells
8 oz Ground Beef, Angus
1 cups Pasta Sauce, Lite
15 oz Ricotta, Lite
8 oz Mozzarella
1 Egg

Recipe Directions for Quick Faux Lasagna

  1. Boil noodles, cook till a little firm.

  2. While noodles are boiling brown meat, and drain.

  3. In a large bowl mix ricotta, egg, sauce, and half the mozzarella.

  4. Add meat, then noodles; mix well.

  5. Pour into pan, sprinkle with remaining cheese bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
