A quick, easy and filling lunch sandwich

Recipe Ingredients for Quick Egg Salad Wrap Sandwich

1 hard boiled egg
1 tbls fat free mayonaise
2 slices tomato
2 oz shredded lettuce
1 tbls shredded chedder cheese
1 whole wheat tortilla

Recipe Directions for Quick Egg Salad Wrap Sandwich

  1. Chop egg with fork

  2. Add mayonaise and chedder

  3. Arrange lettuce and tomato in center of tortilla

  4. Top with egg mixture

  5. Fold tortilla in on short sides and then fold long sides over to form the Wrap.
