Recipe Ingredients for Quick Edamame and Orange Rice

1 cup diced onions
1/2 cup edamame (frozen shelled green soybeans), thawed/chopped
2 tbsp teriyaki sauce, low-sodium
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 small oranges, peeled and sectioned shredded

Recipe Directions for Quick Edamame and Orange Rice

  1. Cook rice according to package directions, add orange jucie and small pieces of half orange while cooking. Set aside, and keep warm.

  2. sauté 1 minute onions, Stir in cooked rice, edamame, and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
