Yummy no butter biscuits that are easy to make and only 89 calories each. I use plain yogurt and the sugar is optional. You can also brush melted butter and garlic powder.

Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Easy Yogurt Biscuits

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons water

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Yogurt Biscuits

  1. Mix together flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Add yogurt and mix to a soft dough. Do not over mix.

  2. With well floured hands shape dough into round biscuit shapes.

  3. Place biscuits on a non-stick baking sheet.

  4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
