1 T. active dry yeast
3/4 t. salt
1 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 T. olive oil
1 t. honey

  1. Add yeast to warm water.

  2. Stir until dissolved and let set about 5 minutes.

  3. Add in rest of ingredients.

  4. Cover bowl with cloth and let rest in a warm spot until raised: 15 - 20 minutes.

  5. Spread on pan and add favorite pizza toppings.
