Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Easy Veggie Bean Dip

28 ounces Vegetarian Baked Beans, 1 can
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons cumin, ground
2 teaspoons coriander, ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/2 teaspoon cardamom, ground
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder or minced onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 pinch of cayenne powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce, gluten free
1 Black pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Veggie Bean Dip

  1. Open can of beans, pour into blender or food processor and

  2. purée until beans form a smooth paste. Set aside.

  3. In a large saucepan over grill or stovetop, heat oil on low, add

  4. spices and stir, then keep for five minutes over medium heat to

  5. bring out the flavors.

  6. Add pureed beans and stir well, then add soy sauce and pepper. Stir one final time.
