Recipe Ingredients for Quick and Easy Stir Fry

1/4 cup Mahatma Jasmine Enriched Thai Fragrant Long Grain Rice
2.5 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
3 cup Chinese-Style Stirfry Blend
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Stir-Fry Sauce
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
3 serving Natural Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Quick and Easy Stir Fry

  1. Cook jasmine rice.

  2. Put defrosted boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a baking dish with about 1 1/2 cups of water in it. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 30 minutes. Remove foil, and continue cooking for 10 more minutes. (may vary depending on number of breasts)

  3. Add oil, garlic, and chili into frying pan. Get hot. Throw in veggies and once halfway cooked, throw in all sauces. Next, chop chicken and add to pan.
