Chicken Pasta Soup - you can use any type of pasta or vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Quick & Easy Soup

2 quarts chicken broth, low sodium
3 oz spinach leaves
1/2 onion
2 celery stalks
8 oz mushrooms
4 oz roasted chicken
1/2 lb pasta noodles

Recipe Directions for Quick & Easy Soup

  1. Bring broth to a boil

  2. In a separate pan, sautee onions and celery using spray on oil

  3. Add pasta to broth and boil for 5 minutes

  4. Add onions and celery to broth

  5. Add mushrooms

  6. Add chicken meat

  7. Add spinach

  8. Heat all ingredients for 5 - 10 minutes and serve
