1 cup, diced(122 g) Rhubarb
1 cup(145 g) Blueberries
45 2/5 grams Low Fat Granola with Raisins

Recipe Directions for quick and easy rhubarb /blueberry crisp

  1. add a cup of blueberries and a cup of rhubarb to a bowl

  2. add a little bit of water

  3. micro wave for 2-3 min on high

  4. stir and top off with granola

  5. if need a bit more sweet add a drop of stevia to the blueberries / rhubarb mix before adding the granola
